Desollandose

Aquí estoy, otra vez con la técnica de pintarme el cuerpo con pintura acrílica verde para simular que me estoy quitando la piel. En trabajos anteriores, me gustó mucho el resultado de ese experimento doloroso (duele cuando te quitas la pintura cerca de los ojos y las entradas jajajaa).

Para simular el músculo, le tomé fotos a unos filetes de res y a un lomo de cerdo La foto de fondo es una que tomé hace 1 año en un panteón en Constituyentes, DF.

Y bueno, este es el resultado de mi editada, la quería subir tipo un día antes del "deadline" pero jajaja se acerca un huracán a Cancún ¿Qué tal si me quedo sin luz y ya me la pelé? No,no,no. Espero quedar en los finalistas

Well, this is my entry to the contest. I painted myself with green acrylic paint so I could simulate the act of "rippin' off my skin"- I have done this effect before and I like the way how the texture comes out (and it's was very painfull when I was ripping off the dry paint near the eyes). For the muscle layers, I took some photographs to raw meat (beef & pork). The background image is a photo I took from a graveyard in México DF a year ago.

So, this is it. I was hoping to upload the image a day before the contest deadline, but actually is a hurracaine coming to Cancún, Quintana Roo (is where I live) so, maybe the electricity will be off for the next days. Hahaha, I don't want to miss the contest!
